Marc Fong

About Marc Fong

Marc has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1978. He is a founding member of Fong & Fong, a Northern California boutique Real Property/Business law firm.

His practice areas include real property and business transactions and disputes, including premises liability, construction defects and regulatory issues for both plaintiffs and defendants. He also provides counsel to his business clients in the areas of labor law, drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts, leases,  and business policies and procedures.
 
In 2005 Marc established Fong Dispute Resolution as a separate business from his law practice. As a dispute resolution professional, Marc is passionate about helping parties resolve their conflict. He is known for his creativity, tenacity, hard work, intelligence and fair play.
 
Marc is a 1971 graduate of Cal State University East-Bay and a 1978 graduate of Lincoln University Law School, where he served on the law review.
