February 18, 2010 Marc  is a lunch time speaker for the Alameda County Bar Association on Mediation Tips for New Lawyers.

June 29, 2010 Marc moderates a talk for the Alameda County Bar Association on Ethics in Mediation.

October 14, 2010 Marc assists Steven Rosenberg with his CLE approved mediation training.

January 12, 2011 Marc is appointed Chair of the Alameda County Bar Association ADR Section

Spring 2011 Marc is attending the US District Court, N.D. California Mediation Training

February 23-26, 2011 Marc is attending the ABA Arbitration Training Institute

April 7, 2011 Marc to teach an Arbitration class at Golden Gate University School of Law.

December 8, 2011 Marc presented a program on mediation to the Asocciation of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada.
